Josh Kesselman, founder of HBI International, the company behind RAW Rolling Papers, has announced a significant legal victory in their ongoing litigation with Central Coast Agriculture, Inc. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has denied Central Coast Agriculture’s petition for a rehearing by the full court. This means the case will not be reviewed by an 11-judge panel, but rather stands with the decision made by the original three-judge panel.
